Hello Scot,

Fund Manager is not "networkable". That is, there are no built-in provisions to allow multiple users to edit the data at the same time. Only one person can be editing the data at a time.

You could however be viewing the data at the same time someone else is editing the data. If you are viewing the data you would need to be careful not to accidentally make any changes and save the data while your assistant is editing the data. This would overwrite her changes.
