Ability to scroll graphics

I recently have encountered a problem of not being able to "Scroll Investment stack" down or up from my portfolio summary graphic screen. I thus cannot view individualk investment graphics. It happens regardless of which portfolio I have active.

I don't recall doing anything that may have caused this, but I'm not s sophisticated user and thus could have done something inadvertent to cause this. Can anyone advise corrective action?
