FM's "ROI" yields are the same thing as "IRR". You can see the equations used for this yield here:

Sorry, you cannot rename the report column headers currently. This feature will be available in 8.0 Advisor. You'll be able to rename any column header to whatever you want. We do receive feedback from advisors that many of our column labels can be confusing to explain to clients. Hopefully this new feature will address that problem.
