Hi Steve,

: By close all your reports, do you mean the close portfolio button on the File portion of the menue bar?

No. You don't want to use "File / Close Portfolio", that closes all your data and everything. You just want to close the report window. You can do this by looking at the report window, and then pressing the close button in the upper right corner of that particular window, or by using "Window / Close" from the menu command. To view the report window, select it from the "Window" menu command.

: I see no option to close one or all reports --how do you close all rather than one?

You can use "Window / Close All Reports".

: The Options / Report Preferences appears not any longer to exist. Under Options / Preferences, there Display, Date, Yields, Toolbar, Menus and Other, but that's it.

This menu command is only available when viewing a report window. First put the focus on a report window by selecting an open one from the "Window" menu. Then, you'll see "Options / Report Preferences...".

Thanks,
Mark
