I think you're asking if you can merge the transactions from 2 investment files into 1. There is no real easy way to do this. I can think of some more difficult ways: 1) Do it manually by re-entering the transactions into the destination investment, and then deleting the source investment. 2) Place the source investment (blue bucket) in a new sub-portfolio by itself. Use "File / Export / Transactions / QIF" to export this new sub-portfolio that just contains this one investment. After exporting, open up this QIF file in a text editor and search/replace the old name with the desired new name. QIF imports match based on the investment "Name" property. If you look in a .QIF file you'll see each transaction listed something like this: D12/14' 5 The line that begins with a 'Y' is the investment name. Do a search/replace to change the name to the desired new name. Something like: YRed Marble Investment Name Import this file using "File / Import / Transactions / QIF...". When you do the import, specify which portfolio to import into, so you force these transactions into the investment in that sub-portfolio with the desired matching name. When you do the import, you probably want to turn off the option to "Automatically Record Corresponding Entries In The Default Cash Account". Thanks,
