Thanks for emailing the file. Here is the relevant pricing data I see in your investment:

If you calculate these as non-annulized, you get:

YTD (1/1/06 - 8/18/06): 6.19%
1Y (8/19/05 - 8/18/06): 7.83%

which matches with FM when you set the graph date range from 1/1/06 to 8/18/06. Note, that the beginning price is obtained from the close of the day prior to the yield term beginning, such that changes on the beginning date are included in the yield.
