Help to import historical data

Hello everyone

For some reason, I just can not work out how to import historical data.

I work in the IT industry, so am no stranger to data transfers, but I just can not work this out

I want to import price history into my portfolio

My CSV file looks like this when opened in notepad
DGE.L,17.65,08/20/2005

Being Symbol as defined on the symbol field of the share
Price
Date MM/DD/YYYY

Then followed menu path to import
File Import Prices Generic and used the following mask
"SYMB",NAV,"MM/DD/YY"

And then I receive error
The specified import format did not match any lines in the imported file

What am I doing wrong?
