Hi Ted,

This sounds like some firewall software is preventing FM from accessing the internet. Do you know if you're using any such software? Have you told it that FM is allowed to access the internet? If you recently upgraded to 7.8 your firewall software may need to be told again that the new .exe is allowed to access the internet.
