: Hello, Mark:

: Thanks for your prompt response.

: 1. Problem solved. I added Security List to the export from Quicken and the symbols appeared correctly. Do I need to go back and fix the .DAT filenames to reflect the ticker symbols?

: 2. Yes, I have 7.8 installed. Changing the retrieve options did not correct the problem. Just for grins, I tried downloading the same transactions into Quicken, and all 10 transactions showed up there. I can't see anything different about the 3 missing SELLS when I view my account transaction history on Schwab's website.

Hi Walt,

1) It isn't necessary to rename the investment files. The filenames can be anything, they just default to the symbols. If you want, you could start over, and re-do the import, and this would set the filenames back to the symbols, but it really isn't necessary.

2) Interesting... After a transaction retrieve there will be 3 log files in the Fund Manager folder: "ofxretr.txt", "xmldump.txt" and "ofxmemtrandump.txt". The first is the raw data received from the OFX server. The second is a more human readable format of the first log file. The third is a list of transactions Fund Manager parsed from this response. Could you try the retrieve again, and see if all 10 transactions are in the log files? If you'd like, you can email me the log files, and I can take a look for you. Just fill out our contact form, and you'll get a regular email address where you can send these log files as attachments.

Thanks,
Mark
