Hi John,

Are you using the newer Beta 2 version? I believe this bug was fixed in that version. If you look in the title bar of Fund Manager it will show you which beta version you're using. If you still have Beta 1, please download Beta 2 from here:

http://www.fundmanagersoftware.com/fm8beta.html

If you do have Beta 2, and still have this problem, please let me know.
