price retrieval problem

Problem with retrieving prices from Yahoo historical. Internet retrieve setting is correct & symbol is correct per Yahoo. I keep getting the error message "could not update any investments" even though the server is working. Security is Tronox Class B (TRX-B). What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help.
