Recording cost basis for share distributions

All,

In May Sprint spunoff Embarq. As a result I received some Embarq shares. These shares were distributed at no cost, they were basically a dividend.

How do I record this in FM to reflect proper basis? Do I add them as a spinoff or as a purchase at zero cost?
