Hi Kaveh,

Tell them that you're retrieving your transactions into your portfolio management software, and your dividends aren't downloading. They'll probably ask what software you're using, and you can tell them Fund Manager, but they will probably say they only support Quicken and Money. Fund Manager retrieves transactions exactly the same way Money does, so you can verify the same thing in Money, and hopefully they'll help resolve the problem.
