Mark, I think this may be part of the problem, I checked all transactions for this symbol and found that on 1/4/06 I recorded a Dividend of 60 shares at $14.670 each,paid on 12/29/05, the transaction was recorded, and that is exactly what the price/share is recording now between downloads, almost like it reverts to that value.
