Cash Account / Retrival / Balance/FM 8.2

Personal Version 8.2 / Quote Module 373 / Transaction Module 117

I am having a problem with setting up portfolios/retrieving transactions from Ameritrade (Legacy) that involve the cash movements related to buy/sell/dividend posting.

A Portfolio Value Report along with Reconciliation Report shows that there is a large balance error. As I look at the Data Register for the ZZZ00 account that was imported I find a lot of entries that have a Price value of “0” which results in a Total of “0”.

I have changed the properties of the ZZZ00 account to Cash and then re-imported the account, which resulted in no changes. I am missing an important element that is required to make this work properly. The problem appears to be associated with a Purchase and Memo “MONEY MARKET MOVEMENT”.

I do not have a account set up in the portfolio for MONEY MARKET MOVEMENT.
