: : Hi Mark,
: : And thank you for your quick reply. I'm a newbie to FM but already I'm very impressed with it, and the fact that I can get help from a real knowledgable person like yourself. Just please don't go and outsource yourself to India.

: : When I review my statements on Fidelity it does show a position of a couple hundred shares in each of the FDRXX's.
: : Not sure what other info I can give to assist analyzing it.
: :
: : Fidelity refers to it as the "Core account", and the way it's formated in the statement layout is the same as the other investments. It has column enries for Quantity, Share Price, Mkt. Value. The only column entry that's different is for Cost, which is listed as 'not applicable'. (share price is always $1)
: : As I indicated before FM does retrieve the transactions for it, just not the balance when reconciling.

: : If Tom K is reading this thread it would be interesting to know if he has the same experience with reconciling the FDRXX or am I the only one.

: : Regards,
: : Mark_M

: Hi Mark_M,

: Interesting... If you go into your FM folder after reconciling, and look at the file "xmldump.txt" with a text editor (like Notepad), do you see any mention of your cash balance anywhere? You might search this file for: INVPOSLIST If you'd like, you can also email me this file, and I can take a look too.

: Thanks,
: Mark

Hi Mark,
I searched the xmldump and find the INVLIST heading, follwed by a section for each cusip. Each cusip then has a HELDINACCT
and a UNITS. Except the FDRXX cusip does not have an entry here.
Further down the file is an INVBAL header that shows AVAILABLE CASH, but nothing I see to link that amount as being the units in FDRXX.
I'll email these files to you as I'm not conversant in ofx script.

Thanks,
Mark_M
