Price not getting downloaded if same price

In my mutual fund scripts, I find a strange problem. I am using bloomberg for my quote server, what I notice is, when the price of the script is same for consecutive days, it is not entering the data into price table. For example,

Name : Date : Price

MFA : 02-Dec-2014 : 82
MFA : 03-Dec-2014 : 82

In this case the price table is having only the 02-Dec-2014 data and not having 03-Dec-2014 even after retrieving price for 03-Dec-2014.

Please help me to fix this.

Maybe you are just downloading before the Dec 03 price is available? The values of any prior recorded prices should have no impact on newly downloaded prices. If you have a test case, please let me know the symbol, quote server, and date in question.
