update prices disabled

Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager

Hi Mark,

Update prices is disabled and system replies:

'Executable is not digitally signed. Please re-install Fund Manager.'

Can you instruct us how to proceed.

Hi Aad,

When do you get this message? If you go look at the properties of your Fm.exe file, and look on the "Digital Signatures" tab, and then look at the "Details..." of the Beiley Software signature, what does it say for the status?

Hi Mark,

Message appeared when updating the prices.

The status of 'digital signatures' is OK. However in the last report line the status is:

'intrekkingstatus = OK' 'effectieve datum' = 19 april 2015 22:11:49
'volgende update' = 23 april 2015 22:11:49

When I translate this the status is disabled from 19th April '15. And next update 23rd April 2015.

Hi Aad,

What did you mean specifically by "Update prices is disabled"? It sounds like you are using the update price feature, as that is when you get this message. Where are you reading about the April 19 through April 23 message? Is that in the Digital Signatures tab when looking at the properties of Fm.exe? Did this just start around April 19? What version of Windows are you using? I'm not aware of being able to disable a digital signature... Maybe you can email me directly some screen shots illustrating what you're seeing?
