Retreive error

Fund Manager is not able to retrieve the cash balance in a Fidelity account that has a cash balance. Other accounts with cash balances are retrieved okay. Any suggestions on what may be happening?

Do you have a "Default Cash Account" assigned in the properties of your sub-portfolio for this account?
