Hiding an investment once it is sold.

How can I hide an investment from reports once it is sold? And stop getting pricing on it when I run Pricing for portfolio?

Hi reddragon,

Turn on the "Hidden" property, and turn off the "Retrieve Price" property. You can either do this manually under the "Investment Properties..." dialog, or you can do it in bulk in an automated way using the "File / File Operations / Hide Sold Investments..." command. To control whether hidden items are displayed or not, use "View / Hidden Investments/Portfolios". For details, see:
