Min/Max autoscale for Y-Axis

Questions on using, creating, or understanding data in Fund Manager graphs.

Hi Mark,

Here's a long term graph of an investment, with some trendlines:

When a narrowed date range is selected, e.g. 3 years, the price line is flattened because the scale of the price (min-max) takes into account the trendlines:

Same with moving averages and Bollinger bands: the price line can be flattened, a lot sometimes when theses elements are far from the price line.

When we want to focus on the price line (its cycles, peaks and valleys), it could be preferable to autoscale the Y-axis with min and max of the prices only, excluded trendlines, moving averages and Bollinger bands. So this would be great if it could be an option!

Thanks.

Thanks.

This option would improve a lot the visibility of the price line movements. Another illustration with moving averages:
Current autoscale behavior: https://img11.hostingpics.net/pics/9845 ... 3h3301.png
Autoscale with min-max prices only: https://img11.hostingpics.net/pics/3347 ... 3h4301.png

For a chartist guy, this is way more usable (even if the current autoscale behavior can be potentially useful too?). Currently the price line is crushed more and more as the date range is narrowed. (For example: https://img11.hostingpics.net/pics/2095 ... 4h5001.png). Finally, this would make the price line readable in the short date ranges! My hope it could be added in the next major version!
