Hidden investments aren't hidden

I just updated to 2018.15.1.100 and when I opened my portfolio the hidden investments aren't hidden.

I checked and the investment properties still show the hidden flag. Toggling the menu setting to show/hide hidden investments has no effect.

Toggling the hidden investments flag on the investment also has no effect.

Where exactly are you seeing these? In a report? Notice, there is a new option in 2018:

Options / Report Preferences... / Investment Display / Display Hidden Investments with Activity

So, if your hidden investments have any transactions within the date range of the report, they will be automatically displayed. If you don't like this option, you can just turn it off. It is intended to show relevant items, even if they are hidden.
