We don't have separate tutorials on how to enter transactions for each investment type. We do have tutorials on how to record transactions in general. See both the Getting Started - Manual Entry and Data Register tutorials.

For specifics on how to record a bond transaction, see this in the documentation:

For a Tbill you probably want to record it either like a bond, or a cash type investment. See the Tracking Cash tutorial.
