How to install fundmn2018p4.exe ?

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Hi!

I'm currently running FM Personal 2018.15.3 on Win7 Pro 64 bit.

I think I got an email a few days ago saying that I still qualify for a free update to the current version.

The problem is, I've forgotten how to install it in such a case. Just install directly over the old version, without making any other changes or preparations?

Hi David,

Correct. Do not uninstall your old version. Just install the new version right over the old. As always, it is a good idea to backup your data before installing new software. Use "File / Backup..." to create a backup.

Also, if you ever forget this in the future, right on the "Download" page is a link to "Upgrade Instructions".
