General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

Hi,
I'm trying to email client statements using the batch print email function. The jpeg files it exports to the email are all scrunched up in the upper right hand part of the image with lots of black space around each graph/report. It doesn't seem to matter how I have the windows when I start the process. I'm trying this on a new computer and I didn't have this issue on another computer. The reports and graphs filled the entire image.

FWIW if I copy a graph/report and paste it into Paint, it does the same thing. The pasted image has my report but also a lot of extra space around it

Hi ASU,
If you copy the report and then go into:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Fund Manager\Images
and open the "clipboard.emf" file, does that have the same problem, or does it look okay?

Hi ASU,
I'm not sure. Do you have the same monitor configuration on this PC as your old one? Would you be willing to test out a debug version that outputs some more information?

Hi ASU, I may have found the issue. If you go into your Windows 10 "Settings" and under "Display" for "Scale and Layout" change the scale to 100%, please see if that fixes the issue. You may have to sign out and back into Windows to make the changes take full effect. We'll have to see about fixing this for the future, but for now I believe if you make the scale 100% that should correct it. If you don't want to change the global scale setting (which will apply to all programs), you can set the scaling for only Fund Manager. Go to the "Properties..." of the main FM.exe file and under the "Compatibility" tab, select "Change high DPI settings" and then turn on "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and set it to "Application". It should look like this:
- Override high DPI scaling for FM only
- FMProps.png (42.33 KiB) Viewed 3630 times
