Hi albiclv,

I just tested this server from here, and it is working properly. I also retrieved your first quote (F00000J43T) as part of the test. I tested this on regular Windows, as we don't directly support Parallels. Did anything change on your system or with Fund Manager since it stopped working? What version of Fund Manager and quote module are you using? The latest quote module is 547.
Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,

I have recently updated FM to the 2020 version and the quote module is number 547.
In order to fix the price downloading issue I tried unsuccessfully different actions and at last I reinstalled windows 7 pro.
Now the error message has changed:

EXECUTABLE IS NOT DIGITALLY SIGNED.
PLEASE REINSTALL FUND MANAGER

I reinstalled FM many times but nothing has changed and it keeps not working.
I checked the certificate and may be there is some issue with the certificate path, probably with the certification authority.
Could you help me? Thanks

Hi albiclv,

It sounds like Windows may be missing a certificate, or some update. Are you able to download updates for Windows from Microsoft still? I don't believe Microsoft is supporting Windows 7 anymore, but maybe you can still get some older updates at least?

To check this issue, right mouse click on the main executable (FM.exe) in File Explorer, and look at the "Properties... / Digital Signature". If you check the details of the signature, it should say it is OK.
Thanks,
Mark
