Every time I attempt to print I receive the message in Fundmanager that it "Could not obtain printer's devmode" and nothing will print. Have you experienced this problem before? Thanks for any help in advance.

What version of Fund Manager are you using? What version of Windows are you running? Did this problem just start? Have you ever printed from Fund Manager before?

I am using Vista with Fundmanager Personal version 8.10. I have been able to print in the past and I bought a new printer (Canon MX 850) about 3 months ago. I only recently tried to print and received the error message. Any help is appreciated. Regards, Mike
Hi Mike,
I'm not sure of the problem. Here are some ideas to try: 1) Can you print okay from other applications? 2) Is there an updated driver available for your printer? 3) Try downloading version 9.5 of Fund Manager, and see if you can print using this latest version. (Please use just the sample data, so you don't save your real data in the new 9.x format, which you wouldn't then be able to use in 8.10 anymore.)
