Backup Failed message

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

When I try to do my daily backup I'm receiving message : "! Backup failed" In my FMbackup directory the backup.fmb file appear with 0 KB size. I do daily backup with different backup filename. Latest backup xxxxxx.fmb files are shown with 0 size. Before I do backup I run "Save Portfolio" command. This problem started today.

Hi nebfinfm,

I'm not sure. Have you tried:

1) Re-booting your PC
2) Backing up a different portfolio, like one of the samples?
3) Backing up to a different location?

Problem solved!!
FYI I run out of space on virtual drive which I'm using for storing backups. After I erased some old backups everything work fine....
