Account date retrieval problem

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

I use Scottrade and have three accounts under my name. These three accounts are "linked", i.e. I log into primary account and other accounts are available. I can not directly login to other accounts.

I can retrieve data from Scottrade with FM for primary account, but not able to retrieve other account data. I get account number is not available with current user ID and password. It gives me the choice to select only the primary account number.

I suspect this is a Scottrade issue due to account linkage and I may have to un-link these accounts and login to each account separately.

Have any other Scottraders got around this problem ?

Hi OnYourOwn,

I haven't heard of this problem before. If you're only seeing the one primary account number listed for that login, you may need to contact Scottrade to ask them for help. Maybe they have another login you can use, or maybe they just need to somehow enable those accounts for your current login.

Contacted broker and had to synch all passwords. Problem solved.
