TRN button brings up the white window but hangs the app

Been doing this every Saturday morning for a long time but this time running 2020.16.8.100, quote module 561, transaction module 243 on Win 10 Pro I click on the green TRN button and a box comes the size of the normal window but it's all white with outlines of cancel, OK and one other thing but completely hangs the app until I stop it in Task Manager. No reboots in a week that I can recall. Where should I be looking at next?

Well when you reboot the dang PC it all works. I just have never had this happen and nothing else on this high powered PC was showing symptoms. Sorry for the alert..
