Capital Gains: Specific Lots Grouping

On a Capital Gains report, using Specific Lots accounting method, the report summarizes all purchases on a single line, i.e. if I bought 10 shares on x and 20 shares on y and sold 30 shares on z, the report displays the the purchase on x and y on the same line where it displays the sale of 30 shares on z. I need a report that displays the sale of each lots on individual lines -- one line for the sale of each lot. This has to do with Norwegian tax regulations and specifying a "sheltering deduction" (skjermingsfradrag)

Any suggestions?

Hi Vandring,

If you turn on Wash Sale Rules in the Report Preferences / Capital Gains the lots will be reported separately. Wash Sale Rules are available in Professional and Advisor.
