Access Denied

General questions about using Fund Manager that do not fit into any other forum.

I am trying to restore files to a laptop that were backed up from a desk top and get the message "access denied". I am pretty sure that I have done this before and don't understand why I am having the problem.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi John,

Check where you are restoring to. You can choose to either restore to the original location or to a specified location. Usually when you are restoring to a different computer you need to restore to a specified location that you have access to.
