App problems

Anyone having problems logging into the app? It won't let me login and tells me:

IO error: java.security.cert.certpathvalidatorexception: trust anchor for certification path not found

However, I can login on the website through the client portal.

Hi Alexanderfrood,

To use the App now you must have Android 7.1.1 or later. Our site uses a certificate from LetsEncrypt, and their trusted root certificate needs 7.1.1 or later. For more info, see:
