Best Practices once a year or daily update

Hello
I have accounts at IB & Schwab.

I only use FundManager once a year to create capital gains report. There is a seperate post on the queries I have.

My trading activity involves selling covered calls. There are about 30 to 50 trades a month.

If you could share what are the best practices.

Hello,

There isn’t probably one best answer, but I prefer to update more frequently, and reconcile as you go. It makes it easier to find and fix any issues when you’re taking small steps.
