Questions about updating prices or transactions in Fund Manager
by johnkirin » Sat May 28, 2022 8:04 am
I'm getting a message that my TSP (S Fund) is not updating (for neither current nor historical prices). Is this something transient, or are others having the same problem?

Hi johnkirin,
I see the same issue. It appears the website has changed, and we'll need to update the quote module. I'll post back here when I know more.

Hi johnkirin,
The quote module has been updated. Version 569 is available by selecting "Help / Fund Manager on the Web / Check for Updates..." from within Fund Manager 2022 or 2020. This update fixes the issue with this server.

I've updated to 569, but I'm still getting the issue.

I think I've fixed it. Apparently, whatever changed now uses "S Fund" as the symbol, whereas it formerly used "S".

Hi johnkirin, Yes, I should have mentioned that. The symbols have changed. You now need to use the symbols shown in the header of the table here.

Thanks for doing this update so quickly Mark. I had not realized that the fund symbols had changed too.
