Hi Frank,

Are you using "Help / FM on the Web / Check for Updates..." to do this, or are you manually doing something? If you re-start your computer, and do this menu command first thing, does that resolve it?

Used Help function, also rebooted opened FM and tryed again to no success.

In what folder is FM installed? Can you go rename the inteng14x.dll and then try?

Installed on local disk C, program files (86), renamed file still no success.
