no updates today

Hi , I am in Italy, tonight no one investment update is working . Yesterday, all was ok. The software try to connect , and the small windows shows Request XXX (0).
After the cycle is completed, none of the investments ( most of which are on Yahoo, but not all of them) finds the price of today July 19.
Any reason ? Thanks in Advance ,

Yahoo is currently not working from Europe. Are you having troubles with another quote server too? If so, please let me know a sample ticker symbol and the quote server that isn't working.

Hi Mark, I checked, and all my investents use Yahoo. I had other servers in the past ( Finra Bond, Morningstar, Stuttgart Stock exchange) , but over time they didn't work and I switched to Yahoo all possible one.With bonds I am in trouble to find a server , these days . Examples of bonds:

Interesting enough, I have a number of investments I was surely use different servers, but I found them with no price update since May 5 2022 , and the server "disappeared" from the Property setting table

I do have same troubles with Yahoo Italy.

I give you a link for a procedure to import data from Sole 24 Ore which I
perfectioned thanks to Mark's help.
It's still cumbersome but I do agree with you there is no way to obtain automatic updates
with the available servers; that's why I proposed to Mark to add the SOLE24 ORE website.

You have to download I suggest 10 years of data and then import generic price with the code
at the above link.
Remember to insert in the import mask the symbol code you have assigned to it
otherwise it will ruin all your data because it will spread prices around all your securities.
That's why I advise to make always a backup of your data before you import in case you forget to insert the correct symbol.

Unfortunately, Yahoo is not working currently when accessed from within Europe. There is no known fix we can implement to address this. Yahoo's server is returning an error about too many requests to their server. Here are some options until Yahoo resolves this:

- Use Yahoo (Historical), Yahoo (Alternate), or any other quote server

- Use a VPN and retrieve prices from the US with Yahoo

The functionality of retrieving from Yahoo in Europe has been restored. Select "Help / Fund Manager on the Web / Check for Updates..." from within Fund Manager 2022 or 2020. For more details, see this announcement.
