Do you know of any source of quote hisory of Gold and silver? I am invested in these and woulld like to track them as I do stocks.

I also had a similar question about gold and after a bit of digging around on the Internet I found I can get a quote for 1 oz of gold from Yahoo using this symbol: XAUUSD=X
