Hello drkaveh,

Are you using the transaction retrieve (OFX) feature, or are you importing from the Scottrade broker/dealer interface (Advisor only feature)?

Do you get any errors, or are the transactions just not there? If you look in your imported source, do you see these transactions? I'm just trying to figure out if they simply aren't being provided by Scottrade, or Fund Manager is not importing them properly for some reason.

I am not using the advisor type. I guess it would be the OFX then.
I do see the transactions in the xmldump.txt file.

Hi drkaveh,

Maybe these transactions are already in Fund Manager, and you have the option to "Skip Transactions Already In Fund Manager" turned on? Or, maybe you have the date range set on the retrieve so it is ignoring these transactions? If neither of these are the cause, you can e-mail us your transaction retrieve log files, and a specific transaction that you see in the log files, but is not importing, and I can take a look. The log files I'd need are mentioned on the bottom of this page:

I have the correct date range, the transactions are not in FM. Even if I allow for the option to import transactions already in FM the options transactions do not appear while everything else does.
I will email you the files you asked for.
