I get this error message if I try to save the portfolio or close the program (which tries to save the portfolio).

I checked in task manager that I have just one fm.exe running and also using Process Explorer by SysInternalit it seems that fm.exe is the only process which has an handle on my portfolio file.

I can save my investments just fine. I don't know what to do next.

My bad. There was a fm.exe /I /Q that somehow got stack and was keeping the file locked.
