Transaction Retrieve Module 138

Version 138 of the transaction retrieve module is now available. This update changes the default application ID and application name sent to OFX servers. Helps with OFX servers that explicitly deny "Money" as the application name. To download this update select "Help / Fund Manager on the Web / Check for Updates..." from within Fund Manager.
