Pricing options

I sell covered calls quite frequently, and am having trouble with pricing. I've been able to get prices from Yahoo and Google, but the prices are for the underlying security, not the option price.

Suggestions? thanks

Hi drmac,

Please make sure you have the symbol recorded as the option symbol is shown on Yahoo, and then set your option investment's property to retrieve from "Yahoo (Options)". See "Investment Properties... / Internet Retrieve".

OK, that works for current price, but I can't get it to work for historical with any server.

Is there a way perhaps that I can have options positions not be included in portfolio graphs, but still included in current report?

Hi drmac,

Sorry, I don't think there is a way to do this currently. You can put your options in a different sub-portfolio, but that will affect both graphing and reporting functions.
