import of *.txf data

Comments, critical feedback, praise, or suggestions for new features.

besides company resources, is there a practical limitation preventing the import of transaction data in the form of *.txf files? the *.txf would be a past or present exported file used for schedule d tax preparation.

i'm not aware of the ability to convert *.txf to *.ofx or *.csv

thank you...

Hi number9,

Yes, I think this should be possible. It would not include your currently held positions, but it would be possible to import all your previously owned/sold positions.
Thanks,
Mark

it seemed logical, but it was odd that i haven't heard of the capability being mentioned with any product.

the import of *.txf should have some appeal for those wanting to migrate years of trades without, seemingly, any reconciling being necessary. besides being platform neutral, the *.txf should represent a conformed set of trades, since it would be the final export to a tax program.

thank you for the reply
