Deleting and Investment

Hi james6pak,
In Fund Manager you would "close" it. Right mouse click on the investment, and choose "Close". Closing an investment removes it from your sub-portfolio completely. It however does not delete the investment file (*.dat) off your hard drive. You could re-open it again at a later date if you wanted to. If you want to remove it from your hard drive, you must delete the investment file outside of Fund Manager, using Windows Explorer or something similar. If you do want to delete the file, check under "Investment Properties... / Statistics" to find the filename before you close it, so you can delete it once you've closed it out of Fund Manager.
