FM Tips & Tricks

Hi again Mark,

I was wondering if you or any of the users have compiled a list of FM handy tips/tricks to share. For example, today I added an asterisk before the name on the cash default investments so that these investments appear at the top of the report when sorted by name.

I remember I was concerned that all FM investment files were saved in the same location on the computer's c:drive. Your tip to run the report sorted by file name and then do the inverse sort to confirm that there was only one location was very helpful.

If there are any tips/tricks out there, I'm sure people would find it helpful.

Hi Michael,

However, it is not very complete, or updated. I suspect searching the site is probably the best method for finding such tips.
