Investment Name Change

Hi Mark,

One of our funds changed its name from LMCA to STRZA, which is causing this to show up as "not balanced" when trying to bulk reconcile. What can I do to balance this investment?

Hi astraseske,

Depending on your statement source you would need to change either the symbol or the CUSIP of that investment. Some statement sources reconcile by symbol, and some by CUSIP. You can change either of these under "Investment Properties...". You can do it globally for all investments with this symbol (like if you own this fund in multiple accounts) under "Edit / Symbol List..." assuming you are using the Advisor version.

The online help for each data source describes whether it uses symbol or CUSIP. If you're not sure, I can tell you if you let me know which statement source you're using.
