Empty investment afer download of transactions

I just upgraded to 12.x, and downloaded and reinstalled the software from scratch after a period of time away. I created a new portfolio and retrieved transactions and positions from Scottrade. One transaction downloaded appears as () and has no price. The new portfolio process fails with "All investments must have one non-zero price recorded". How should I proceed?

Hi rickbu,

This sounds like it may be an old position that you've sold, or it was renamed. In any case, when you go through the New Portfolio Wizard there should be a line item for the price. The name/symbol may be empty. Just put a 1 in the price field, instead of leaving it blank.
