An optional cover letter is available when batch printing. The cover letter can include up to 3 optional pages:
Cover Page:
This page is intended to be a brief title page. It includes a top level title, a middle body, and a lower body. The text in each section can be fully customized, including inserting fields that are dynamically replaced when printing.
Table of Contents:
Displays the title of each report and graph included in the printout, and the associated page number.
Comments Page:
For displaying any general notes or disclaimers about the provided statement. This includes a top level title, as well as a full page body field where you can include as much text as necessary. The text in this page is fully customizable, including the ability to insert fields which are dynamically replaced when printing.
The cover letter is only generated when printing. It will not be generated when outputting only to image files. See the Batch Print Options dialog and select "Printer" as an output to create a cover letter.
Page numbers are not printed on cover letter pages, so you can choose how to start numbering your report/graph pages after any cover letter pages. See the "Start Each Client's Printouts At Page Number" option in the Batch Print/Email dialog.
The cover letter is printed using your default report font, which is the font last set under the menu command Options / Report Font....
