: Is there a way to specify a password with the command line mode? I'm trying to use Windows Task Scheduler to auto-update my portfolio, but all my investments are password protected. I have tried everything I can think of to pass this to FundManager, but have had no success.

Hi Dave,
Sorry, no. Good suggestion for a new feature
though. I'm not sure how you would want to do
this? I'll have to give it some thought. If
you give the password on the command line, that
isn't very secure, as it leaves your password
easily visible to anyone with access to your
computer.

The solution for now is to un-password protect
your investments you wish to auto-update.

Thanks,
Mark
