Hi Mark,

The 10060 error indicates the server is too busy, and has refused your
request to connect. It may be either the Yahoo server, or some server
between you and Yahoo. It sounds like this used to work okay for you?
What if you try it at a different time of day, does that make a difference?

I don't believe this will make a difference, but could you try it with
"Options/Internet Settings.../Proxy Settings/Use Windows Settings"
turned on?
